Interior

This fully equipped villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor there is an elegant and comfortable living room with a large window that offers a nice of the garden. On the center of the seating area there is a picturesque fireplace, that can provide the perfect setting for cozy relaxing moments during the winter. The modernly designed dining area is slightly elevated from the ground level and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In the contemporary and spacious kitchen you can prepare delicious meals for your family, your friends and your guests. Additionally, on the groundfloor you will find a bathroom with bathtub. The first floor consists of three spacious bedrooms with a double bed in each of them. A bathroom with a shower and a big balcony that offers an enchanting view of the verdant Mountain conclude the upper floor.

The exterior of the villa will make you feel closer to the beauties nature.

The green garden is decorated with exterior furniture and a big parasol, creating the perfect atmoshpere for your breakfast coffee or your dinner. The plants and the flowers of the garden create a beautiful aura that surrounds the house and its guests. Additionally, there is a barbeque and parking space for four vehicles.

The seafront is only 5 minutes away

This house offers a mesmerizing view of the sea, also you can be on the nearest seafront only in 5 minutes using your car. In the village of Skotina you will find taverns,restaurants, mini-markets and a pharmacy. Enjoy a marvelous stay in villa on the foothills of Olympus.
