This luxurious 120 square meters villa expands on three levels. It is situated in a green and blue scenery and has a clear view of the crystal blue waters of Mt Athos. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a dining area with immediate access to the kitchen and a mini bar. On the outside area there is a private pool with built-in sunbeds that enhance the feeling of comfort.

The first floor consists of a luxurious bedroom that has 2 single beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful veranda that offers an enchanting view of the surrounding area. The second floor consists of the master bedroom that has a king size bed, an inviting sitting area that provides a majestic view of the sea, a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

This house can accommodate up to six guests (4 adults and 2 children)
