Interior

The first floor expands in 107 m² and consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fantastic view of the sea. The ground floor has 132 m² of living space that include a spacious living room, a dining area for 8 guests, a library, an office and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior of the villa has been designed with the help of talented interior designers that aim to create a luxurious yet warm and invating retreat. The furniture and the art pieces used in the house are of the highest quality.

Exterior

The tall trees and the freshly cut grass as well the idyllic scenery that compose the exterior of the villa, manage to bring serenity to the body and soul and will help you feel one with nature. Feel free to dive in the 50 m² pool, relax in the comfortable sunbeds or enjoy the exterior jacuzzi right next to the pool. The garden of the Villa is the perfect place for a barbecue or a dinner under the moonlight.
